Terms and Conditions
- The price shown against the Special Interest and Theme holidays, and in the Half Board Tariff, is 'per person' from dinner on the day of arrival until breakfast on the day of departure, and includes VAT at 20%. Admission charges are not included in the cost of the holiday unless stated otherwise.
- The price indicated for Special Interest and Theme holidays is for accommodation in an en suite bedroom. Bay View bedrooms have a supplement of £5 per person, per night. All rooms are subject to availability.
- Accommodation is half board - HB - (dinner, bed and breakfast) unless stated otherwise. FB = full board (dinner, bed, breakfast and lunch in the hotel or packed lunch, as stated). PL = a packed lunch is provided for excursion(s).
- A non-refundable deposit of £80 per adult (and £40 per paying child) per week, or part thereof, should be paid when making a booking, which includes cancellation cover.
- Guests who have their own insurance cover, and therefore do not require the in-house cancellation cover, should inform the company in writing when booking, to obtain the appropriate reduction in tariff.

The amount paid (deposit) and the outstanding amount for the holiday will be given in the 'confirmation of booking' letter. Settlement of the account is due upon arrival but it will facilitate accounting arrangements if payment is received up to
4 weeks in advance. Guests paying by credit/debit card can request that the final payment be taken in advance. - No allowance can be made for meals not taken. Packed lunches can be provided if requested the day before.
- Whenever possible we will cater for guests on special diets, but only if we are informed in advance. Non-meat eaters and vegetarians also should inform their requirements in advance.
- Guests unable to vacate the premises unaided, in the event of an emergency, must be accompanied by another person. Those occupying rooms above the ground floor must be in a position to use the stairs, if the lift is out of action for whatever reason, including an emergency.
- Car parking is entirely at the owner's risk.
- Pets are not allowed, but registered guide dogs are permitted if we are informed in advance.
- Immediate notification by telephone, to be confirmed in writing, should be given in the event of a cancelled booking - see Cancellation Cover for details of penalties.
- Guests are requested TO ARRIVE NOT EARLIER THAN 3 O'CLOCK at the beginning of their stay; registration is usually at 3.30pm. Guests are to vacate their bedroom no later than 10 o'clock on the morning of their departure, and to leave by 11am, when the hotel closes. Weekend arrivals are usually after 4 o'clock on Friday and bedrooms may be used until 2.30pm on Sunday.
- The right is reserved to alter or amend the tariff and conditions, or to cancel a holiday, without advance notice. Guests may transfer to another holiday or accept a full refund.
